Shipping & Delivery

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our Nashville, Tennessee workshop.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping.

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $20
• Priority Overnight (1 business day): $35

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Please note: Import taxes, customs duties, and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00pm CT are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm CT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer free in-store pickup at our Nashville and Austin locations. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.

Orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some items may not be available for international shipping due to customs restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes for certain oversized items. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.
